Chop-chop, master-blaster David Babaii for Tracey Mattingly Agency has transformed Olivia Wilde with a worldly, sporty, yet sophisticated bob for the new year. She now rocks an intelligently architectural shape engineered to draw attention to her hypnotizing blue eyes.

David Babaii made the cut just in time for this shot taken at the 2012 Palm Springs International Film Festival.

He used IT&LY HAIRFASHION Pininfarina Shears– specially created by the designers of Ferrari, Maserati, FIAT and Alfa Romeo: vrooom-vrooom!

The bob is shoulder-length and softly textured. To cut the fringe, Babaii worked a diamond section following the points of the eyebrows as his guide, chipping into the ends to avoid that dreaded, boxy Buster Brown effect.

Babaii then styled Liv’s damp hair with IT&LY HAIRFASHION’S Pure Water Drops for shine and moisture, spraying IT&LY HAIRFASHION’S PURE TEXTURE at the root and rough-drying using his hands, then finishing with a small round brush for soft waves.
